    Pavan Bhachu dealt with my call and was extremely efficient; booking out an EPC for the following day and emailing all details ASAP. Ms Bhachu was a pleasure to deal with and ensured that the colleague was on site between the hour time slot. The colleague who dealt with the EPC on site carried out the works he needed too and asked questions to ensure he was getting all correct details for the final certificate. The cost was very reasonable and Ms Bhachu informed me that the EPC would be with us by 12pm the following day and she kept to this by sending the documentation by 11am. We are extremely satisfied with the service we have received from your company and will be using you in the future for other properties and projects. Thank you.

    I was really happy with the service provided by EEC right from booking the appointment to the arrival of the engineers. All were polite and very professional and answered any queries I had.     I was really pleased with the quality of the service that EEC provided. They were verybxcdy friendly and efficient and even managed to squeeze in a same day appointment,which was really helpful.The surveyor who came round was great and very professional and the certificate was emailed over in a couple of days. Would definitely recommend this company!

    I am forever nervous about contacting someone relating to the building industry in fear of being ripped off and given a poor service at the same time. However, EEC has proven me wrong. The telephone service was great, I rang EEC on Wednesday and the Engineer arrived on the following day to complete the job. It couldn't have been better. EEC are definitely one of the hardest working force in this sector! Thank you very much!!

    I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service you provide. From the moment I arranged an appointment over the phone and got a call back within minutes (believe me not many companies even call back) to the speed and the efficiency of having an engineer call round prompt when arranged and overall level of service!

    After googling a company to use I came across EEC and I am so glad we did!
    From start to finish the staff were highly professional and efficient working around my needs. I spoke with Pavan Bhachu and she very helpful in fitting in my requirements, and even passed on messages that I needed to leave by a certain time, so the engineer called and updated me on his wearabouts, which is unheard of these days! I also had my boiler serviced and checked and this was all a quick efficient servces. I will definately recommend you as a company and will be back in a years time when I need to renew my gas certificate. Thanks you.

    Thanks for a great service EEC. Very organised and efficient company. The Assessor was running 1/2 hour late but at least they had the decency to let me know an hour and half before my appointment was scheduled to take place. A lot of companies don't bother keeping you up to date but this one did! Very happy! S

    I was recommended to use EEC and I am so glad we did. I found the staff to be very professional and efficient. We needed an EPC fast and it was arranged for the following day after work. A special thanks to Pavan Bhachu was a delight to speak to and Ali Emir, the engineer who visited our home... was also very polite and knowledgeable whenever I asked questions. A great experience all round. Thank you to everyone on the team and keep up the fantastic work. I'll be sure to tell everyone about the great service.

    I contacted EEC on their website and got a call back within half an hour.
    They booked the appointment for the next day.
    The following 'Working day' the report was ready and they took their 'very reasonable' fee by credit card over the phone.
    Within half and hour the EPC had been emailed to me and the Invoice.
    I am very satisfied with EEC - a rarity that a company is this efficient these days. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you
